FOR BRIDES

Should I make an appointment to view the collection?

If you wish to make an appointment, they are available every day of the week including Saturdays. By booking an appointment it will enable our assistants to give you our best possible attention and service.

Who should I bring with me?

Choose your companion carefully, bring one or two people with you whose opinion you can trust - normally your mum or a good friend.

How long does it take for my gown to be made and delivered?

Gowns normally take between twelve to twenty weeks from the time of order, the sooner you choose your gown the easier and more enjoyable it makes co-ordinating the rest of your arrangements and theme for your wedding.

What if I intend to lose weight?

It is still a good idea to order your gown at an early stage because you will have more choice in deciding when you would like your final measurements to be taken.

When I attend my fittings, do I need to bring my underwearthat I will be wearing on my wedding day?

It is very important as the fit of a bridal gown in most cases is intended to fit the brides figure closer than normal clothing.

FOR GROOMS

When should I book the outfits?

To benefit from our full selection we suggest that you book as early as possible.

Should the formalwear co-ordinate with the brides attendants?

Yes and No, it is desirable to blend with the wedding party but we believe that it is just as important for the gentlemen to feel comfortable with the choices that have been made.

When and how much should we pay?

We take an initial deposit of £20.00 per outfit, with the balance payable one month prior to the function date.

What happens if we damage the outfits?

As a reputable hire company we include accidental damage insurance free of charge- this covers any reasonable damage such as food and drink stains, however the insurance does not cover damage such as tears, cigarette burns or loss of garments.

When should we collect our outfits?

Suits will be ready for collection 48 hours prior to the function date, the outfits should be tried on immediately to enable any last minute alterations if neccesary.
